I’m so glad you’re here! 

I’m Pam Martin, a luxury travel advisor based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a lifelong love of travel, adventure and discovery. Designing unforgettable journeys is a return to my roots.

I spent my childhood growing up in Santa Barbara and summers in Big Sur and Carmel, riding my horse through the rugged terrain on the Post Ranch that would one day become home to two of the most iconic properties in the world: Post Ranch Inn, which my grandparents, Luci and Bill Post, helped build, and Ventana, where I worked during college summers. Hospitality has always felt like home to me, woven into my earliest memories and personal values.

Before stepping into the world of travel design, I spent 25 years as the founder of Caliber Business Gifts & Amenities, where I specialized in creating luxury amenity packages for high-end corporate incentive travel.

I am thrilled to join the Willing Foot team and honor the relationships the Lindblad family has cultivated over three generations with the most magnificent travel partners around the globe. My dedication to high-touch service and detailed organization fuels my passion to deliver once-in-a-lifetime adventures for my clients.

One of my greatest joys has been exploring the world alongside my family, sharing unforgettable moments across Europe and Asia, from the vibrant traditions of the United Kingdom to the rich cultures of Thailand, the Mediterranean, as well as Meso and South America. These journeys have opened our hearts to the beauty of diverse customs, histories, and ways of life. I believe travel transforms us; it broadens our perspective, deepens our empathy, and reminds us of our shared humanity.

Outside of travel, I’m passionate about oil painting, and I am always inspired to create pieces for people I love or admire. Tennis is also an important part of my life, bringing lifelong friendships and the thrill of competition. I have enjoyed the opportunity to play in beautiful locations around the world. Additionally, I co-founded Derby Divas, a Kentucky Derby–themed initiative that blossomed from raising over $2.2 million to creating the Derby Divas Breast Health Center to enhance women’s cancer care and early detection, a community effort that grows each year.
